  1. I don't THINK I'm exceeding that. Like I said, the email list is only 25-30 people. And if I send any other e-mails within the five minutes before or after my mailing list, it's usually only one or two people. So I think I'm still safely within that limit. Good to know, though. Sorry. How do I open a ticket? I thought this was where I go to open a ticket. I've never posted here, so I really don't know where to go, sorry. That's actually a strong possiblity, because I only recently began using AOL, as an interim connection until my normal ISP fixes my account. And this problem began after I switched to AOL.
  2. I'm having a wierd problem with my e-mail. I send out press releases and such, so every now and then I need to do a mass-mailer. I've never had a problem with it until recently, when I've started getting error messages that say: "SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR ERROR - TOO MANY RECIPIENTS" Now here's the thing ... I have like four e-mail accounts running on Outlook, and all connect to TCH mail servers, and I get this same error on ALL accounts, not just on one! I'm running Microsoft XP, AOL connection, and I send an average of 10-12 emails per day, spread across the four servers, which include: ryanscottottney.com (server 16) scrypticstudios.com (server 63) mediasharx.com (server 27) sciotospiritseekers.com (server 40) I've never had a problem until last week, and now it just won't let me send out emails with multiple recipients. I mean, it will let me do 3 or 4, but not anything major ... like 25-30 (which is what my PR list usually does). What should I do?
  3. In the old Cpanel, there was a stats page that allowed me to see which users were signing into password protected pages. But I can't find that on the new Cpanel. Is it there and I'm just not seeing it? How can I see which of my members are signing into the page? Ryan
  4. I use whatever settings are provided by my employer. I do believe he has it setup to check every few minutes, because of the timely and important nature of our work - it's important that we get the mail fast! Not all of the mail in my Outlook is from TCH. So what is a better time setting? 5 minutes? That's about the highest they would probably let me go, otherwise we could fall behind in our work by missing important messages! And also, why is it ONLY affecting 2 of the 3 TCH sites? If this were the problem - too many connections - then wouldn't they ALL be affected equally, seeing that they're all checked simultaneously! Ryan
  5. I can't use any other E-mail program because I check them at work, and cannot download or install new programs. Why couldn't TCH simply fix this problem, instead of asking me to either get a new program or learn to live with it? It's not like OUTLOOK is some exotic program. I'm sure many of your customers rely on it, and so it's possible that they too are having this problem. Should we ALL learn to live with it? Ryan
  6. I currently host three websites on TCH. http://www.ryanscottottney.com - server 16 http://www.sciotospiritseekers.com - server 40 http://www.mediasharx.com - server 27 I've never had any problems retreiving my mail from these servers with my MICROSOFT OUTLOOK, but within the last week, I keep seeing errors. It's not all the time either, but about 70% of the time, it asks me to verify my user/pass on both my MEDIASHARX and SCIOTOSPIRITSEEKERS mail - but never the RYANSCOTTOTTNEY mail. So when I try to verify it and click REMEMBER PASSWORD and then OKAY ... nothing happens. It asks for it again. Repeating this cycle over and over and over again. I just get the following message: THERE WAS A PROBLEM LOGGING ONTO YOUR SERVER. YOUR USER NAME OR PASSWORD WAS REJECTED. SERVER RESPONSE, '-ERR: YOU HAVE EXCEEDED THE NUMBER OF CONNECTIONS YOU ARE PERMITTED TO MAKE AN HOUR. PLEASE WAIT A COUPLE OF MINUTES AND TRY AGAIN (ERROR NUMBER: 0x800ccc92). But like I said ... the username/password is just fine, but it won't let me in. And don't tell me I'm making too many connections. Cause sometimes I will just turn my computer on and check my mail for the first time in 8 hours and still get this message. What's up with that? Ryan
