I have a really simple problem - I want to get a feedback page work. But after 2 days of trying and I have not got a straight answer from support staff, so I came here to ask if anyone has expereienced the same problem and how you resolve it.
When I try to access http://www.frys-electronics-ads.com/cgi-sy...ys/FormMail.cgi, I got an Internal Server Error.
I did not get Page Not Found error, that means the CGI script is there, but just not functional correctly.
I understand there are security concern w/ this script, but I also see this script working correctly on some of your page, so my question is that if you need to do anything special to make this script work.
