  2. Hi, me again! Well, unfortunitley i have another problem, and i figured to save thread space, i would just post it here, and hope its noticed :-) Well, after i sent in my ticket, it fixed my domain name typo problem, but i am now faced with another 1, i've been trying to get Front Page to upload on it, and i do the option in Cpanel to install the FP files so i can direct connect it to "my webs" and upload my FP pages... But today i tried to log in to fiddle with it some more, and i cant even get into Cpanel, it just gives me error that it does not excist. when i enter http://elementalinkoc.com/cpanel & http://69.56.169.186/cpanel into the address bar, to get into Cpanel, neither will work anyone have any light they can shine upon this subject, cause i am baffled on this one :-( (not hard for me, unfortunitey) -Tom
  3. Thats great to hear! :-) Tomarrow, assuming my registration clears, i will then purchase my Domain, and send my ticket, thanks for the fast replies! EDIT: And thx for the welcoming to the family, i am sure you will see me around these forums alot.. first site :-p -Tom
  4. I am not sure if this is the right place for it or not, but if not, can someone please guide me to where i shoud post this... Problem: I just purchased a year up front of the "Silver Hosting Plan" and have not yet purchased a Domain name (and clicked that i would soon purchase it). While printing out my Silver Hosting Plan Invoice sent to my E-mail address, i was over looking the Invoice and realized that i put a typo in my (future) Domain Name. Can this typo be corrected without having to repurchase another plan (I sure hope so!) If anyone could shed some light on this subject, please let me know that 1 letter in the domain name makes a big difference! Sincerey, Tom
