Thanks for the information, but a few more questions: - Why I need to subscribe to a forum that no one else subscribes to that has had 59 views and no topics for my specific server - Why when trying to find Server status, I check http://www.tchstatus.com/web-hosting-servers.html and see about 100 servers listed not all the servers but only about 100, and my server is not among them - should I be looking elsewhere? - Several years ago, I recall seeing a status listed by server that was red/green for down/up status - is that available? - If ANSEK were among the 100 servers above the graphs available don't give me a simple up/down status - I'm only a guy with simple requests here...i think...like is my server up or down - if down, how long and when will it be back - Do I need to find my original forum/question to get my answers - I thought I'd be notified via email if there were new posts - but I've not rec'd any emails - You are now available via SKYPE IM, which is great, but when changing my profile, I see AOL/Yahoo/MSN but not skype listed where I can list MY skype ID

I have spent 40 minutes with tech support trying to find this out... I am on a server 'ansek' it is not listed under the servers number 1 - 300 or so - but not ALL servers, just some of them. So I am told that while the server is UP, it is under maintenance and my server NAME will be shown when maintenance is complete. OK. Once it is back up, i get two nice detailed graphs....my requests are very simple. Is my servers up or down? if it is down, or was down, when did it go down - when is it forecasted to come back up
