    It seems you dont know what the eZ publish is in reality. The eZ publish is the best open-source content management framework in php. Have you ever looked at eZ publish powered sites? How can you compare the eZ publish with nukes/xoops/mambos. These are simply blogs! By the way the best blog for me is drupal.
