I went there and it said: cPanel System Backup is not enabled on this machine. Some other type of backup system may be in place, however downloads cannot be fetched using this module. How do I enable that?

There doesn't seem to be an option on Cpanel to download a file back onto my computer, is there something I'm overlooking?

One of the people who has access to the Cpanel uploaded several files directly onto the server. They now all end with .xls The problem is we are having trouble downloading back off the server. They are all Excel Doc. Any suggestions?
