Thank you - ticket on its way!

Are index pages still being reinstated from backup? I still have a large number of sites showing Index of / pages. Do I need to manually reinstate each one (I've spent the morning doing most important ones).

Most of my sites showing index of page this morning so am manually uploading the current index page. Not just index.php files affected - index.htm pages too. I'm hoping TCH doesm't now overwrite them with old back up index pages.

I've now replaced it with a temporary form to collect sign-ups, but if anyone knows why this is happening let me know.

Many thanks Thomas. I've taken a look, but am reluctant to change anything. As I say, it was working fine with people able to sign up. Without me changing anything this problem has arisen.

Not sure when this started, but anyone signing up for my newsletter gets this error message: Sorry, sending the email to request your confirmation failed, please click "Reload" to try again. If it still does not work, it may be because you are listed on our "Black List", which means that you cannot receive emails from our newsletter system. In that case, please contact the administrator. Their email gets added to the phplist, but no confirmation email is sent so it is impossible for them to confirm their subscription. Any ideas why this is happening? It was working previously, but I only noticed this problem today.

Thanks Bruce. Quick update - TCH fixed this for me and I'm back in business. I'm still working out what the problem was, but it was script related not a seerver issue and still TCH came to the rescue. As the saying goes, TCH rocks!

Thanks Thomas. Will submit a ticket. Have contacted author of script who says nothing should have stopped it working like that unless something changed at server level.

Yesterday the ultimate form mail stopped working on one of my sites. Instead of sending the form it said The script has expired! Has something changed at TCH because the script shouldn't expire? Plus I thought my license had expired so bought a new one and have uploaded the latest ufm to my website. In test mode it works but in real mode I get this: Message could not be sent. Mailer Error: Language string failed to load: instantiate Anyone know what's happening here?
