Gallery scripts allow you to add caption? I've been to hotscripts.com but I can't find anything to match what I've been looking for.

Hello all. I've been looking for a script I can use for my website. A user can upload a picture from their computer, put captions on it, submit it. It would go to a specific email address for verification before it is posted on the website. Does something like that exist and can someone help me with it?
