Just an update - I installed SmartFTP on another computer & was able to connect to both accounts. Maybe it's a wierd firewall setting on my other computer??? But, at least I can get connected now. bluebowl

For the last few weeks, I've had trouble logging into my FTP account (previously I could log in with no problems). This holds for both of my TCH websites, and I've tried to log in using SmartFTP and WS_FTP. Neither one will connect.
