Strichen

Hi, I had a quick scan of the post-sales forum and FAQ but couldn't see this mentioned. I have set up an email account on MS Outlook, pointing both POP3 and SMTP to "mail.[domain name].com. I can send email out and it arrives at the other address. However, if I send email to [user]@[domain name].com Outlook does not receive it. What have I missed? Thanks, Kevin
