I think I've read elsewhere that parked domains are allowed. Is that true? If they're allowed, can they have their own POP accounts, or only the main domain will receive email?

Does anybody know how many hits would a site with 5Mb of bw accept before running out of bandwidth? (I hope my question can be understood ) My site would have a forum, maybe phpbb, maybe yabbse. Any ideas?
