Hi,
I ordered and paid (2Checkout.com) for a new account (std. reseller) on May 26th. I got the expected auto reply/welcome almost immediately, but haven't heard from tch with a user id and password - so that I can access the service and begin to set things up.
So a complete week has passed and I've gotten nothing. Despite 2 emails to accounts@ (May 29 and early this am) spelling out my situation.
I don't want to over react, but it's not looking good if this is how a company treats orders and future money. Is someone on this forum able to provide guidance on contacting a live person to look into this.
