I have a bit of a predicament, but I will try to explain it. My domain, kiyote.net, suddenly stopped working sometime this January and contacts with the company, HostingSimply.com, failed. I decided to transfer my business to TotalChoiceHosting. When I went to transfer my domain, from MyCoolName.com to TotalChoice Hosting, I had no authorization code. My emails to MyCoolName.com have been unanswered and the website no longer works.
My domain is therefore stuck in a kind of limbo because I can't access the authorization code. I'm unsure how to proceed, any help would be greatly appreciated.
From Total Choice Hosting I was advised to contact ICANN which I did, but then they told me to go back to Total Choice so I'm frustrated enough to scream with all that's been happening. I no longer have access to and lost my personal websites, graphics, pictures and data I have no way to replace without knowing why or given any explanation from Hosting Simply. That's mostly why I'm angry over this whole fiasco.
