hi i have an emachines t3990,celeron d 2.8ghz(478 Chip)
Evrytime i start my pc i get a black blank screen saying fan failed,and thats it.
cant get into windows,unless i set the jumper settings on my motherboard and get into the bios,but im limited in what i can do there,also i cant boot from windows xp disk because of this POST im getting about my fan failing.
i have 2 fans 1.cpu fan on the heatsink.2.and rear fan,both plugged into the motherboard,and they both spin,but i notice the cpu fan on the heatsink spins slower...could this be my motherboard or fan...
