  1. Thanks for pointing this out. I wasn't aware that you could go in and edit entries in the database (using the main interface didn't work). I used phpMyAdmin to change the entry setting so it doesn't accept comments. That seems to have fixed the spam problem, as I've not gotten any more on that web page in the last couple days.
  2. When I try to delete the entry using the Movable Type control panel, I get this: Not Acceptable An appropriate representation of the requested resource /weblog/movabletype/mt.cgi could not be found on this server. When I try to delete using the other methods mentioned above, it initially appears as if I removed it. But when I go back to check, it's still there. It's picked up 100 more spam comments since I started this thread.
  3. Yes. Consequently, is there something additional I need to do to get rid of the entry?
  4. I have an entry on my blog that's a spam magnet. I want to delete it. I tried deleting it using the blog program and got a "406 Not Acceptable" message. I tried deleting it using FTP and CPanel File Manager. Neither could delete it. I've submitted a support ticket and been told three times by the staff that the file is deleted from the servers. It's still there, collecting spam. Is there no way to rid my account of irksome file?
  5. The uploading appears to be working now. Thanks, everyone.
  6. There currently isn't an .htaccess file in the Coppermine folder. I'm not completely sure how to do this. Is this how? (1) Create a text file with the two above mentioned lines, (2) Save it as ".htaccess", and (3) Upload it to the Coppermine photo gallery folder. Or is there more to it?
  7. I can load a larger file to the server (via FTP), but I'm unable to manage it using CPG.
  8. I'm having a problem uploading a few 2-3.1 mb pictures into my Coppermine Photo Gallery. The documentation suggests a server setting (upload_max_filesize) may be stopping me from loading files larger than 2mb. Is there a way to change this setting to 3.2 mb? If so, how do I do it?
