pracpress
Hello -- One of my clients is no longer able to get her Outlook to synchronize folders on her PC, using the IMAP protocol. She gets this message: Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for email@domain.com.' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for email@domain.com. Error: This IMAP command cannot be sent to the server before the connection was terminated. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).' It was working fine prior to this week. She did sign up for some off site troubleshooting where they took control of her screen, so I think that's a likely cause, but I'm not sure what may have been done or what can be done to fix it. (I work with Macs, and don't use Outlook, she's on a PC). Any ideas??? Thanks! --Kristin
