Changing From Public To Private Domain

Hi.

I just got a new domain and set it up for a friend. At the time I registered it, it completely didn't occur to me to make it private [my own personal domain doesn't list much of my contact info, just the admin email]. Well, needless to say, now she's identified right down to what color her panties are, and we really, really need to change this.

Is there a way to do it now that the domain's already set up?
