Redirects - Possible Without Hosting?

I have more than one domain name. I would like to redirect from a name [that is registered through TCH] to another site. Is it possible to arrange such a redirect without paying for hosting for the site that has no content?

If you open a ticket with the support desk, they can set a redirect so everyone who goes to example.com will get forwarded to example.org for instance.
