Okay I have no idea what I did... but earlier I had taken down my index.html under my domain, effectively cutting off the traffic to my site, which by the way is what I wanted. Only now I went to put it back up, but it still claims that there isn't one there. Is this just a lag in registering the index is there? Or did I do something bad?

Hi Serena-chan.

Are you uploading the files to the correct directory? You need to put them under /public_html

By the way, I went to your website (the one in the "WWW" link on the bottom of your post) and the problem I see is not a missing index.html but a "509 Bandwidth Limit Exceeded" error.

Hi,

I went over to your site and saw some little cute penguins and with a nice blue border and the first line of your text says "New Layout... isn't it cute?"

Seems your all sorted now? If not your browser may be playing tricks on you and if you browse to your site and hold down control on your keyboard and press F5 this will deep refesh your browser and bypassing your cache.
