Looks like Yahoo will be buying tumblr for a humble $1.1 billion USD. You can see the article here: http://business.time.com/2013/05/20/bubble-what-bubble-marissa-mayer-bets-1-1-billion-that-tumblr-can-make-yahoo-cool-again/ Reminds me of when Yahoo purchased Geocities, which closed their doors a few years ago.

 

I would like to hear some opinions on this. Anyone here use tumblr? What are your thoughts? Good? Bad?
