Domain Transfer

I have recently registered here and would like to know if I can, first recover, then transfer, my domain name from freewebs.com. I am wondering if you guys have had any other customers with similar or the same problem with freewebs.com.

I don´t understand what you mean with the "recover" part of your question. Did someone else register your domain?

 

As for the "transfer" part, is it the hosting you want to transfer or the domain? If the latter, please see if this page helps.

I don't have that problem but I would like to tell you that Your domain's new registrar must send the existing registrar a transfer request form within nine days of your requesting the transfer. If they don't, the transfer process will automatically fail. Retry the transfer, ensuring your new registrar is aware that you wish to transfer the domain to them.
