Turbo50Mike Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 I am attempting to setup an e-mail account via Cpanel. I setup the e-mail. I then attempt to configure Outlook 2003 using the settings described on this site. Everything works until I click on "Test Account Settigns" and all is good until the last step 'Sending Test Email', and it says it could not connect, etc, etc..... If I send that account an e-mail from AOL (for instance) I can read it, but I cannot send, or reply emails. It says something like this... - Sending' reported error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook is unable to connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).' Any help is appreciated... Quote
