How To Set Up A Cron Job?

Hi all,

 

I'd like to set up my Wordpress blog to allow posting via email. It's explained here:

I'm generally comfortable with cpanel ... is there a howto or faq somewhere? I searched and found a few threads but didn't locate what I needed.

Then it looks like you would use the "php /full/path/to/wp-mail.php" in a cronjob as the command to run

after you install the plug-in as per the page you linked to.

SUCCESS!!!!

 

The only trick was having to enter in the WP setup page the the email username for the account I created as identified via cpanel:

 

myusername+****

 

note the "+" sign...

 

Initially I had just myusername there and it did not work. Now it does!
