Horde Settings

I have been playing around with Horde on cPanel. The "Help" section of Horde is not very detailed and does not seem to address what all the various configuration options do. Tired googling for help to no avail. Anyone have a link that would explain the various configuration options for Horde (especailly Horde Mail)?
