Fantastico Errors

Hi Guys,

 

I submitted several tickets to TCH and they said to come here why I don't know. But here's my problem.

 

My recent 4 images gallery stopped downloading images from the script so I installed a new one from fantastico with a new database I tried it again same problem. So I tried to install coppermine through fantastico as well. Came up with an error on the config page it won't load correctly, but it works. With 4 images that images show, but when you click on the download button it downloads half complete.

 

I have no idea what it is. Only 4 images and Coppermine are giving me problems today.

 

 

Someone please help!

The reason they sent you here is because they do not provide support for 3rd party scripts, like these are.

 

I don´t know why these scripts behave as they do, but have you tried looking for solutions in the respective scripts official forums. I believe Fantastico will provide you with a link to these forums (or atleast the address)?

 

If not, hang in there, sometone might know the answer.

Yes I contacted 4images the moderator had no clue what was going wrong. I did as he suggested same problem.

 

I've done 3 installs from fantastico they all give me the same problem.

 

I'm gonna try a manual install of coppermine and see if I get the same problem.

Please reopen your ticket with the help desk. I think they may have missed that you are having an installation problem. Make sure to let them know that is the case.

I reopened the ticket. It's in Level 2 status, hope they can shed some light on the problem.

 

Ok this confirms something is wrong. I download the script off the coppermine website installed it with a new database. I still got the same error. Look Gallery config page doesn't load properly. Same as the one as fantastico install.

 

This is not only happening on this site, I have another site different domain on the same server and getting the same error.

 

This is what is happening:

 

 

with 4 images I am getting this error, when i click on the download button it half downloads the image already contacted the moderator at 4images he said to reupload the download.php page. Did that, still same problem.
