On one of my accounts on server 125 under backups it says the following:

cPanel System Backup is not enabled on this machine. Some other type of backup system may be in place, however downloads cannot be fetched using this module.
On a different account on server 121 it gives me a choice
Systems Backups

Select a system backup to download:

 

Why is this? Is there any thing I can do to change it on server 125?
