Where Is Php's Error_log() Output Directed On The Hosted Site?

I'm sure this must be a frequently repeated question, as it is very basic. But I haven't found the answer from searching the posts, so here goes. Sorry ahead of time fro the repeat.

 

I have just transferred my domain to totalchoicehosting, and am figuring out how to administer it. I've uploaded my php site (which works fine locally), and have found that none of my error_log() statements get displayed from the cpanel error-log trace. Some other php logs statements are there (the mysql_* errors are showing up).

 

At home, I control this by configuring my php.ini file to direct all error_log statements to a particular file, and then the "native" php logs and my error_logs both go there. What do I need to do for my totalchoice site to find/read my error_log statements? (I do have error_reporting(E_ALL) at the top of my scripts).
