Hi

I have bought a Blackberry for my business mail & therefore have to change it to Outlook.

Squirrel Mail is not compatible with blackberry technology.

I've been experiencing problems in that can I get my address book, inbox, sent mails in

some kind of format which Outlook will recognise. Otherwise I lose all the info in my

Squirrel Mail which I'm still incidentally using for my other personal accounts.

Any help would be appreciated. I was told there's a file in Squirrel Mail that automatically?

does this? Cannot find it but then not particularly technical myself. :wallbash:

Welcome to the forums ThereseM :wallbash:

I could be wrong but I do not think there is a way to export your address book natively from Squirrel Mail. There is a plugin that would allow importing/exporting but that plugin is not installed on the shared version of Squirrel Mail offered on the servers.

Hi guys

Thanks for the welcome.

How do I get the plug in then?

Let me know.

Thanks.

You can't get the plugin. You are on a shared server. All shared servers are configured the same way. Since there are so many it would be very time consuming to update every server with the plugin. And once cPanel released another update the plugin would get uninstalled.
