Blocking Countries

Hi all,

 

I've done some searching but can't find any info. Is there a way to block IPs from a certain part of the world - such as Nigeria, Hong Kong etc. I find that certain areas are prone to hacking and other mischief and I'd like to just avoid it all. Additionally, there are many countries I do not ship to and it would just make life easier.
