Hello, I'm new customer and just placed an order over 24hrs ago and i havent receive any confirmation from you guys. Please advise. thank you.

Welcome to the forum, riio. :)

 

If you have used a service like hotmail, yahoo etc to have the confirmation sent to, please check the spam box. These e-mails sometimes end up there.

Otherwise you can open a ticket to the help desk and they will tell you how it goes. Put "unknown" for username and password. Link on top of page and in my signature.
