TCH-Thomas Posted June 19, 2006 Posted June 19, 2006 Welcome to the forum, riio. If you have used a service like hotmail, yahoo etc to have the confirmation sent to, please check the spam box. These e-mails sometimes end up there. Otherwise you can open a ticket to the help desk and they will tell you how it goes. Put "unknown" for username and password.
