"problem Establishing Database Connection" - Postnuke 0.7.5.

These errors have started popping up on our website (http://www.ncs-nj.org). We had a problem yesterday that was resolved with this fix:

I don't think the issues are related but who knows? We've never gotten these errors before. I am trying to determine the cause. Has anyone encountered them? I am going to post on/search the PostNuke forums as well - just want to check in here first.
