Email Issue

OK - I understand that NeoMail is now gone. I have tried to log into webmail vial Hoard or squirrelMail via CPanel, and it freezes as well. I get a username/acess error.

 

Do I just got to the link and go from there, or is there something else I need to do?

You can also try deborahsrants.com/sqmail or deborahsrants.com/webmail.

If these do not work, please submit a ticket to the help desk and they will figure it out.

I am sure you know this, but for others,

if you are logging in as your cpanel name, just use the name

for other accounts use name@tch-domain.ext.
