Subdomain But Not Subdirectory

I'm new to TCH. I've read the posts about creating subdomains. I have yet updated the DNS, so I cannot test the subdomain yet.

 

What I don't yet know is how to make make the pages of the subdomain inaccessible from a URL of the main domain. That is, while allowing

 

http://game.alexfung.info/t2.htm

 

I want to refuse (give it a 404) to

 

http://alexfung.info/game/t2.htm

 

Is it possible?
