Advanced Guestbook

I am so frustrated I could scream --- don't you hear me clear over there??

 

I read through the forum - did everything it said - I think and still can't get into the guestbook administration.

 

Editing /home/dollsns/public_html/exchange/admin/config.inc.php... changed the password and saved and then I got denied access.

 

$GB_DB["dbName"] = "dollsns_agbook1";

$GB_DB["host"] = "localhost";

$GB_DB["user"] = "dollsns_agbook1";

$GB_DB["pass"] = "***********";

 

 

what am I doing wrong? I need it reset but I don't want to lose the entries.

In your post above you have the same name for the database and database user.

 

Did you create the database? Create the user? Add the user to the database?
