bwj Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 I installed a php script on my site called u-blog. During the script-controlled setup, the script created two directories, labeled "images" and "tmp" with permissions set at 751 and 771 respectively. The script encountered an error during setup and said that I would have to remove and re-install it. As I tried to do this, the two new directories could not be removed, nor could I change permissions (I assumed the permissions were part of the problem). Any ideas how I can get rid of them? Quote
TCH-Don Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 Hi welcome to the forums Did you try to remove them in filemanager? if that does not work, open a help desk ticket (link at top of page) and tell tech support whiche folders to remove. Quote
bwj Posted February 22, 2005 Author Posted February 22, 2005 Yes, I tried removing them with both FTP and the file manager in CPanel, neither worked. I'll fill out a help ticket, thanks. Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted February 22, 2005 Posted February 22, 2005 Welcome to the family and forums! Are you sure the folder is empty? Quote
