I installed a php script on my site called u-blog. During the script-controlled setup, the script created two directories, labeled "images" and "tmp" with permissions set at 751 and 771 respectively. The script encountered an error during setup and said that I would have to remove and re-install it. As I tried to do this, the two new directories could not be removed, nor could I change permissions (I assumed the permissions were part of the problem). Any ideas how I can get rid of them?

Hi welcome to the forums :)

Did you try to remove them in filemanager?

if that does not work,

open a help desk ticket (link at top of page)

and tell tech support whiche folders to remove.

Yes, I tried removing them with both FTP and the file manager in CPanel, neither worked. I'll fill out a help ticket, thanks.
