I purchased another hosting account Tuesday night about 2am. Having my other 2 hosting accounts' welcome emails with account info come very quickly in a matter of hours, I'm concerned that I still have not received my welcome email for my new account for natsnicknacks.com. Should I submit a ticket or just be more patient? Quote

A, client I guess you would call them, used my email address when they purchased their account for silverspork.com. I noticed that when I created my account for natsnicknacks.com it would not let me use my normal email address because it said I already had an account. So I used my school email address initially, but later in the purchase I think I may have put my normal email address. I'm thinking this has caused some confusion so yes, I guess I will submit a ticket, thanx Thomas. Quote
