spoon Posted February 6, 2005 Posted February 6, 2005 I am running Pixelpost 1.3 (a photoblog script) and Gallery 1.4.4-pl5 (a photo gallery script) on my tch hosted website, both latest versions. I had some issues installing Gallery so I openned a help ticket. I eventually solved the problem myself and got it working. That was four days ago. Last night, I got this e-mail: " Hello, It has come to our attention that several older versions of the various blog software contains exploits and vulnerabilities. This is causing severe load issues on our servers. We are now requiring that all accounts using blogging software upgrade to the latest versions which contain patches and fixes for these vulnerabilities. In order to protect your account from these exploits, you must upgrade any 3rd party applications that you might have installed on the server. Please remember that we do not support any 3rd party software. Please make these upgrades immediately to avoid suspension of services. Thank you. Support Department TotalChoice Hosting " I'm scared, I don't know what to do. Is there a chance they'll suspend my website? I would appreciate any guidance from anybody out there on this one. -steve Quote
