riggy Posted January 30, 2005 Posted January 30, 2005 Hi, I am considering moving to TCH due to the poor reliability of my current hoster. One excellent feature I do currently have is Spam Assassin, which works very well and stops virtually all of my SPAM. The version I use works by numeric scoring from header information as mail arrives and places it in a specific SPAM folder if the mail scores higher than that set by me. It also works by monitoring user entered white and black lists. From what I can see of the version of Spam Assassin used by TCH, it identifies SPAM by monitoring only the subject line and nothing else. Could somebody let me know if my assumpion of the TCH version is correct or does it work in much the same way as I have described my current facility. Many thanks Peter Quote
TCH-Bruce Posted January 30, 2005 Posted January 30, 2005 Spam Assassin is available on all accounts at TCH. It is up to the user to turn it on. And it is works as yours currently does. Quote
