Hi,

I didn't think this was important enough for a help desk ticket, but I was wondering if it's possible to fine-tune SpamAssassin on an individual level. I've had a few messages incorrectly marked as spam, and if I could whitelist a few email addresses, I would be able to more accurately mark the emails as spam/ham.

Thanks,

-Dave

Yep, you can add to your whitelist and blacklist as well as change scores on certain tests. All done through cPanel. Select Spam Assassin. Then select to configure Spam Assassin at the bottom of that page.
