Connexion To The Mysql Server

Hi,

 

I've got now more and more problems with my connexion to the server mysql

 

When I want to go on my website, I've got sometimes this message :

 

Warning: main(includes/bbcode.php): failed to open stream: Too many open files in /home/qeadumlu/public_html/diablo2/header.php on line 15

 

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/bbcode.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/qeadumlu/public_html/diablo2/header.php on line 15

 

 

There are no problems in the files, because it sometimes works. I'd like to know what's the problem ? What do I have to do ?

 

"Too many open files " I don't understand why it says there is too many open files, is it limited ?
