I thought since there was a lot of questions about how to update your billing and what to do if your account is suspended I would post a little FAQ here.

We will also be conducting a complete audit of all accounts so to avoid having your site suspended please make sure that your billing information is up to date.

 

Account Suspended for Billing Issues

 

If your account has been suspended and you believe that it is due to billing reasons you need to open a support ticket at the link at the top of the page with the billing department. Please do not go in and update your information because when the account has been suspended due to billing issues the previous payment method has been cancelled.

 

My Account has not been suspended but I need to update my Billing Information

 

Depending on what company your billing is through there are different ways to update your billing. If you do not know who your billing is through just open a help desk ticket at the link at the top of the page and we can tell you how to update it.

 

For 2Checkout:

For PaySystems:

I am not Billed through 2checkout or Paystems

 

If your account is not billed by either of these two please open a helpdesk ticket and we can let you know how to update it.

 

 

Modernbill Accounts

 

If your account is in our Modernbill billing system you can update your Credit Card information at any time by logging in to your Client Central . The username and password are located at the bottom of the welcome email that you received when you signed up for your hosting account.
