gabeanderson Posted March 21, 2003 Posted March 21, 2003 help! what's going on?? emails to myself for testing purposes and from others are not showing up in my inbox! what happened?? i believe this may be the problem (related to spamassassin) - this is from my procmail log file: >razor2 check skipped: No such file or directory Can't locate Razor2/Client/Agent.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1 /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.1/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.6.1 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/Mail/SpamAssassin/Dns.pm line 377. in pine: >[Unexpected changes to folder (try restarting): Return-path: <gabean] followed by: >[MAIL FOLDER "INBOX" CLOSED DUE TO ACCESS ERROR] thanks, gabe UPDATE: YES, spamassassin was causing emails to disappear into nowhere! i deactivated spamassassin via the cpanel and emails are working now. but what about all the email i potentially lost?? where is it?? gabeanderson Posted March 22, 2003 Author Posted March 22, 2003 ah ha! i've just discovered that ALL emails were being routed to my spam box! but the outstanding problem remains: i still have spamassassin deactivated. thoughts? it seems to me this is a problem with a perl module on my server (16) - at least based on the error message noted earlier. -gabe Quote
