RoyEngelen Posted March 20, 2003 Posted March 20, 2003 Hi, I can't find any information regarding the size (amount of Mb) of an webbased mailbox that goes with a TCH account. Quote
TCH-Don Posted March 20, 2003 Posted March 20, 2003 It all comes out of your total web space. When you set up an email account (name@yoursite.com) you can set a limit to the amount of space it can have. Quote
RoyEngelen Posted March 20, 2003 Author Posted March 20, 2003 OK, so if I purchase e.g. the Startersplan in theory I could create an e-mail account of maximum 300 Mb. An additional question regarding the size of e-mail accounts: Is it also possible to create an e-mail account of 0 Mb (alias) such that all incomming e-mails are only forwarded to a general e-mail account? What I mean: general@mysite.com - (20 Mb) receives all e-mails alias@mysite.com - (0 Mb) forwards all incomming e-mail to general@mysite.com and an additional copy to someone@elsewhere.com? Is it possible to create different mail identities for general@mysite.com such that it appears if the sender of the e-mail is alias@mysite.com? Quote
bethohio3 Posted March 20, 2003 Posted March 20, 2003 Absolutely--what you are describing isn't set up as an email account; it's set up as a "Forwarder". So, create the account you want the mail to go to: mailbox@domain.com For any address where you want the mail to go to 'mailbox@domain.com', set up a forwarder. You can also set up a 'Default Address' so that all mail not explicitly addressed to someone goes to a specific email account box. --Beth Quote
