pw9272 Posted June 2, 2004 Posted June 2, 2004 I've just opened an account with TotalChoice for a domain name I had previously registered with PairNIC. I logged into my PairNIC account and changed the name servers as per the welcome email, however now when I type the registered URL into my browser I see a PairNIC splash screen informing me that "This domain name registered through PairNIC". I do not see the website I uploaded to my TotalChoice account and which is visible using the IP address. Is this because my domain name changes have not yet propagated fully? Or do I need to do something else to make it work? Thanks, Phil Quote

TCH-Bruce Posted June 2, 2004 Posted June 2, 2004 (edited) Domain propogation can take from 1 to 3 days to completely update all the servers. Sometimes longer. If you used NS1.TOTALCHOICEHOSTING and NS2.TOTALCHOICEHOSTING.COM you did all that should be required. You will just have to be paitent and wait for it to propogate. Welcome to the family, Phil!
