Error Message?

I added a link on my site. The sends you to a subdomain that is pasword protected. I enter the password and get in ok. I have a form to complete on the protected subdomain and the results are set up to be sent to my email. I complete the form and click "submit". Here where the problem comes in....

After I click submit, the user name/password block opens, so I enter my user name/password again and hit enter. The user name/password block opens up again. This happens 3 times total and then I get the message below. What am I doing wrong?

 

Authorization Required

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

 

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

I am using Frontpaga 2002 to build my site and forms.

 

Any thoughts?

I just tried a couple of different things and it seems that I have to enter my domain account username and password for it to work. Somethings not right. Any help??
