How Often Does Awstats Update?

I've been checking Awstats on an almost daily basis. (Wow, I have an audience! And they come back! Wow!) And I have noticed that Awstats would update on a daily basis.

 

Well, now, it hasn't updated since May 6th. And I'm wondering if it is time to be worried. Or time to unplug and do something offline and outside.

 

Tell me straight, I can take it.

Going out can't hurt? =)

 

It should update fairly dynamically, not daily but constantly. If it's stalled please submit a ticket so that it can be looked into.

While the logs get updated continuously AwStats runs once every 24 hours (depending on server load). If your stats have not updated in more than 48 hours then yes submit a help desk ticket (link above), as Lisa says, and report it.
