ok if anyone will help me. I have been able to get the code in and a link appears on my help/search bar, But it will only direct back to the log in page. Anyone know what I need to do to install this chat room link to the forum? Ok I am still lost. thanks again bruce, I have followed all instructions, But when I get into my "skin global" I can't find <a href='{ibf.script_url}' title='Board Home'> <img src='{ibf.vars.img_url}/logo.jpg' alt='Home' border='0'></a> And when I do find it I am so lost with these html codes I don't know what to change without messing something else up on the board. I am having a real tough time with the HTML, I can't change my logo or add the chatroom because I don't understand a dam thing. LOL. What do I change? And where do I get my proper code for the chatroom from?

Can someone point me in the right direction to learn how to " edit the skin_global.php file for my forum" So I can put my chat room link on the forum. Thanks alot for the help.

Is there a way to change my username for my cpanel from the one sent in my welcome email. I have found the change password, But I don't see a place to change the username. Also I have installed my phpchatroom it is in my index. How do I get it to my forum board for the members to have access. Thanks for all the help. Much Respect.

Hey guys, Now I can access my board. But I have another problem. When I type in my sites url it takes me to my index and not to my invision board I have set up. What changes can I make to direct the url to go straight to the forum instead of my index. Thanks for the help.

Thanks alot Steve, How would I get the latest version loaded to my cpanel So I can upgrade the invision board. in my cpanel it offers me the 1.2 but I know they have a new 2.0. How would I get the 2.0 to my cpanel? Thanks guys.

I want to make sure my invision board I have installed get directed to moontowermembers domain I have set up. is there anything else I need to check to make sure all my settings are correct. Sorry for asking so many questions, But I am so lost and have alot of members waitng on me to figure it out. Thanks for the help.

Thank you for your help I will wait and see if my domain gets propogated. I changed nameservers to dns3.totalchoicehosting.com and dns4.totalchoicehosting.com. that is the proper setting? I think I have everything set up to direct to my Moontowermembers.com domain. Does this usually happen with new accounts? thank you for your time.

I received my welcome email. Since my domain name hasn't propogated yet. How do I get my domain propogated? Thank you for your time and help, I have waited for a while to get my own site set up. Now I am lost, it is much ahrder than the free boards I have used before, If you can just help me get off the ground I feel I can get going. I have many members waiting for their new home. thanks bruce. I have found the invision board to install. But it still will not open my site. How can I get into my board to start setting up forums?

ok I got the domain unlocked, But I can't seem to find where I choose to set up a forum board. I am about ready to pull my hair out LOL!!! This is alot more compacated than I thought. All help would be very thankful.

The nameservers for this domain are currently set "Read-Only" because the domain is locked. Nameserver 1:NS1.TOTALCHOICEHOSTING.COM Nameserver 2:NS2.TOTALCHOICEHOSTING.COM How do I unlock this.

Hey guys. I had a free invision board and you guys helped me out alot with issues. So Now I have registered me a Domain name for two years and bought the silver package of web hosting from total choice. It has not been activated to access yet. My question is what do I need to do in the mean time to prepare until my site can be accessed. What I want Is a forum board like this one here at total choice, and maybe add a front page for a cool enterance to the forum. When I get activated will I just be able to set up the forum just like the free one I have used previous, or is it a different set up deal. I need some advice in what order I should go about setting up my site to make it a easier path to get it up and going. And It is great to be a part of the Total Choice Family.
