  1. Regarding DNS, how much control would I have over DNS management? For example, I have some clients who host their own mail servers and only need WWW hosting. In this case the MX record would point to their IP address while the remaining records would point to your service. Basically, how can I control the DNS with your service?
  2. I am a current reseller with another company and I am not happy with the service. Here are a few questions: --Do each of my clients that I setup get a unique IP address (I would like to provide DNS) --Do you offer vanity DNS? --What types of things are in place to protect your identify for me the reseller (are your mail server names generic for example) --Typically how long do support requests get answered --How long you guys been doing this?
