Can anyone tell me the differences (good/bad) between the 3 web mail providers? I've never used these before. Any recommendations between NeoMail, Horde and Squirrelmail? I want one that is easy to access, use and is reliable.

I understand that if I reach 80% of my bandwidth I will be notified and have the opportunity to purchase more bandwidth for that month. In lieu of that, Can I change my plan to larger one at anytime? Beyond the price difference between the plans, is there any additional fee for processing this change?
