  1. No problem. If it had been a real issue I would have opened a trouble ticket. I've opened two in the last week for a new domain I recently transferred and in both cases had a reply and resolution in under an hour (Kudos to Rick in support!) I should mention that the previous host for my recently transferred domain was one of the big hosts you would find advertised in the back of (insert favorite computer magazine here), was much more expensive and didn't come close to the features or support offered by TotalChoice. Exchanges with support at said prior host were like communicating with a box of rocks. Total Choice - Support that rocks - not support from a box of rocks! Keep up the good work Rock Sign
  2. In the event that anyone has the same question in the future the path to your home directory is exactly as it should be: /home/yourusername My issue was elsewhere in my script setup.
  3. I'm having some trouble setting up a cgi script- which may or may not be related to what I've been using as a path to my home directory. In jailshell, home displays as /home/monster2 - is this the actual path or am I just chrooted there? If not, what is the actual path to my home directory?
  4. Greetings all. Do the TotalChoice servers require a reverse DNS check when accepting mail from remote servers? If so is this a recent change? I'm having trouble sending mail from a server at a remote host to my domain at TotalChoice and my suspicion is that your are refusing connection because the IP of the remote server doesn't reverse properly. I completely support this requirement if it is in place - but I'd like to prove this to the remote host - and then move that domain over to TotalChoice. In the event that this is not the case, any idea why the server might be refusing mail connections from florareed.com - I'm on server 17 monsterisland.net. Thanks!
